The stores are conveniently located in Ewa Beach, Honolulu, Hawaii Kai, Kaimuki, Kaneohe, Mililani, Pearl City and Waianae.

City Mill is owned and operated by the Ai family. The company was founded by Chung Kun Ai in 1899. He served as President until 1961. His youngest son, David C. Ai, managed the company until 1991 when his son, Steven C. Ai, took on leadership of the company. Today, Steven continues to serve as Chairman, assisted by his sister, Carol Ai May. They work with company President, Shari Komo-Matsueda, to continue the tradition of serving Hawaii’s communities established by Chung Kun Ai.
