Assistant Manager
Minimum 4 years retail supervisory experience to assist with overseeing and managing store operations. Our ideal candidate should have experience in hiring, training, coaching, and the desire to offer and teach outstanding customer service. High School diploma required. College degree in business, marketing or finance preferred.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Excellent customer service and telephone skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Minimum of six (6) months of cashiering experience. Ability to utilize a computer keyboard.

Service-oriented individual to maintain the overall cleanliness of store facilities. Minimum of 12 months continuous professional custodial experience, preferred and HS Diploma or equivalent required. Must be dependable and flexible and have a positive attitude.

Head Cashier
2 years customer service experience, H.S. diploma and 1 year cash handling experience.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Ability to operate a forklift. Excellent verbal communication skills, including listening. Ablility to work under pressure and maintain a high degree of accuracy. Well organized and attentive to detail. Proven ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Sales Associate
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of 12 continuous months retail experience preferred. Excellent customer service and telephone skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Minimum 3 years retail experience and 2 years supervisory experience, with at least 12 months in a hardware or home improvement setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred. Proven ability to train, coach and evaluate personnel. Must be able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Other Requirements

Upon completing your employment application, you have completed the first step in our employment process. However, every applicant is required to pass a basic math test before their application can be considered.

Math tests are administered by our Human Resources Department Monday thru Thursday between 8:30am and 3:30pm (no appointment necessary). Our Human Resources Department is located at 660 N. Nimitz Hwy. in Honolulu. Failure to comply with this requirement will disqualify you from further consideration.
