No. All orders must be picked up at the store that you chose when you added the item to your cart.
- Where do I go to pick up my order?
Your order can be picked up at the Customer Service counter at the front section of each store. We have signs in the stores to point you in the right direction. Or ask any of our employees and they'll be happy to show you the way. Just remember to go to the store that you chose when you added the items to your cart.
- How long will you hold my order at the store?
Our policy is to hold an online order for 7 days.
- Do I need to sign up for an online account?
You can check out as a guest without having to sign up for an account. But there are benefits to signing up for an account. You'll receive periodic promotions available only to customers with an online account. And a history of your orders will be saved in your online account.
- Do you have all of your products online?
We have nearly all of our products online, but not all. Imagine what your ice cream would look like when you come to pick it up.
- Why do some items not have a picture?
It's a work in progress. With so many products in our stores, it takes some time to get to them all.
