City Mill's Mahalo Plenty Giveaway Official Rules

1. Agreement to Rules: By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Official Rules. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of City Mill as final and binding as it relates to this Giveaway. City Mill reserves the right to alter, modify, or terminate this Giveaway at any time with or without notice in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of this Giveaway.
2. Eligibility: This Giveaway is only open to Hawaii residents 18 years of age or older. Employees of City Mill, its affiliates, subsidiaries (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
3. How to Play: A QR Code will be displayed in each of the (8) City Mill stores. Customers will scan the QR Code with a smart phone camera and enter their information. There will be (8) store winners – 1 from each location.  Additionally, there will be an online winner who may enter online at citymill.com.  There will be 9 winners total. The entry period begins on July 17, 2022 and closes on August 13, 2022 at 11:59pm.

PURCHASE IS NOT NECESSARY TO PLAY.

1. Emails from City Mill: By entering this Giveaway you agree to receive emails periodically from City Mill for product specials and previews. You can opt out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email message.
2. Privacy: City Mill will not sell, distribute, or lease your information collected from this Giveaway to third parties unless required by law to do so.
3. Prizes and Retail Value: Prize Pack: Each pack contains: (1) City Mill canopy, (2) City Mill chairs, (1) City Mill Reusable Water Jug, (1) City Mill Reusable Shopping Bag, (2) Pepsi-brand soda cube and/or Aquafina Water (customer’s choice), (1) Igloo Cooler 38qt wheelie, (1) Weber 14” Smokey Joe, (1) Kingsford Charcoal 15.4 lb, (1) $50 City Mill gift card.  Total retail price $306

Winners may not request substitution of prize and prize may not be redeemed for cash value. At its discretion, City Mill may substitute a prize item due to unforeseen inventory unavailability, product recall, or other safety reasons. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.

1. Winner Release: By entering, you agree to be photographed for City Mill’s publicity purposes as a winner of the Giveaway. Furthermore, you understand and agree that City Mill has the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
2. Tax Consequences: All federal, state, and local taxes attached to the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If the value of the prize awarded to a winner is $600 or more, the winner must complete and submit IRS form W-9 to City Mill at the time of prize pickup; information on form W-9 will be used by City Mill to complete and submit IRS form 1099-MISC to the winner and to the IRS. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of winning a prize.
3. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless City Mill and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, shareholders, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity.
