Awesome bidetI've been eyeing this product on amazon but was a little afraid of leaks that were reported. I was delighted to find that City Mill carried it. It allowed me to purchase it worry free (i could return it if I encountered a problem).
The install was super easy. Took me all but 15 minutes. I hand tightened the main water feed line to the supplied T-connector which was also hand tightened to the water tank inlet. I did use a wrench to tighten on the hose that leads from the T-connector to the seat but was careful not to over tighten it. All connections came with rubber washers so teflon tape wasn't needed.
So far, I am happy with my purchase. It works better than expected and way better than the cheap one my brother-in-law installed on his toilet. Since there are no electronics and minimal moving parts, I foresee this product lasting a while. If by chance, it does spring a leak, it'll probably just be a hose change which I'm confident I can do myself.
As for the negative reviews I read on amazon, all I can think of is they overtightened the connections and cracked it.
I would not hesitate to recommend this bidet to anyone who asks.
