We will cheerfully exchange or refund your purchase (product and a photo ID needed) within 180 days of purchase.
Returns with Receipt:

EXCLUSIONS:
- No returns or refunds on "as is" (including paint mis-tint), delivery and service charges or special orders.
- All Sales are Final on Folding Mattresses and Foam Squares.
- Individual items within a kit cannot be returned unless the entire kit is returned.
- All Sales are Final on COVID-19 categories:
- Cleaning & Sanitizing Products
- Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
- Paper Goods
- Hand Sanitizer
- All Sales are Final on Hurricane categories:
- Water and Food
- Batteries
- Generators
- Cut Plywood, Rope or Chain
- Propane and Butane Cylinders
- Opened Boxes and Bagged Products
Returns without receipt will not be accepted or refunded on the following:
- Power Tools
- Outdoor Power Equipment
- Air Conditioners
- Water Heaters
Even Exchanges within 180 days:
- Even Exchanges without receipt will be honored on Power Tools and Outdoor Power Equipment (must be the exact same product/model).
- Water Heaters & Air Conditioners must have a receipt for Even Exchange.
Price Adjustments:
- We will cheerfully honor price adjustments within 7 days of purchase. Products must be the exact same brand, color, sku and upc. A receipt is required.
Other:
- We reserve the right to temporarily designate products as High Demand items and as such we are unable to accept returns for them.
- We reserve the right to cancel or change this policy at any time.
