SHOPPING ONLINE

We offer Buy Online Pick Up In Store. Online orders must be picked up at the store location your order was made. We do not ship orders at this time.

  • To add an item to your virtual cart, select a store location and click ADD TO CART.
  • To view or change what is in your cart, click CART in the header.
  • To purchase the items in your cart, click CHECKOUT and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Creating an online account - An online account is not necessary to make a purchase. However, by creating an account, you can check out quicker for future purchases and you'll have access to your order status and order history.

Sending someone else to pick up your order - Of course you can! Please type that person's name in your order's comments field so we can verify that person at the store when picking up your order.

We offer a wide variety of products on our Website, but you can also find more in our stores. Although we are constantly adding products to our online catalog, you may at times find certain products only in our stores. So don't hesitate to drop in. Browse online or browse in-store...it's good to have choices.

Product information and images on this site are supplied by manufacturers, vendors, and other sources. Product packaging and materials may not always contain the same information from this site. However, we will always do our best to provide you with up-to-date and accurate product information, prices, and images on our site, but we cannot guarantee we'll always get it right. We will correct any of these errors without notice and may deny or cancel products ordered that have pricing or promotion errors or are shown incorrectly in product images.

TAX

Items purchased on this site and in the store are subject to the Hawaii State General Excise Tax (GET).

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Your credit card will first be preauthorized for your online order purchase amount. You will not be charged for your purchase until the order is ready for pick up. Depending on your financial institution’s practices, you may temporarily see both the preauthorization and the actual charge as two different entries in your online credit card account or statement. Your financial institution typically removes the preauthorized entry within a couple of days (this will vary among financial institutions). If you have any questions regarding the preauthorized entry, please contact your financial institution for help.

PROCESSING ONLINE ORDER & PICKUP

We'll have your order ready to pick up in store no more than 2 hours after your order was submitted. You will receive a pickup-confirmation email when your order is ready to pick up. To receive the most seamless service, please do not come to pick up your order until you've received this email. Refer to the list of each store's business hours.

We can hold your order for 7 days. After 7 days, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded back to your card account.

For orders placed within 2 hours of store closing, after store hours, or on a holiday the store is closed, we will have it ready for you to pick up within 2 hours of the store opening. Refer to the list of each store's business hours.

If, for some reason, the merchandise you have ordered is not available, we will make those adjustments to your order and proceed to complete the rest of your order; you will be charged only for the items available. If additional identification is needed for credit authorization, we will contact you by phone.

Note: Please add donotreply@citymill.com to your email account's whitelist (also known as a safe senders list) to ensure you receive our emails regarding your order.

CANCELING ONLINE ORDERS

You cancel your order – We understand. No need to explain. If you need to cancel an online order you haven't picked up yet, please call the store and provide your name and order number. If we had already processed your order for pick up and charged your card, we will credit your payment back to your card account. You will receive an email confirming the cancelation of your order.

We cancel your order – We do our best to avoid this, but sometimes we may have to cancel an online order for the following reasons:

  • All items in your order are not available.
  • We were unable to process your payment.
  • A duplicate order was placed.
  • Pricing or promotion errors.
  • Failure to pick up your order at our store location within 7 days the order was made ready for pickup.

If we had already charged your card, we will credit your payment back to your card account. You will receive an email confirming the cancelation of your order.
