The Kenney Carlisle 5/8" Spring Tension Rod is a versatile and easy to use solution for hanging your curtains. It is quick and easy to install inside of your window casing with no tools required, making it the perfect solution for areas where installing traditional curtain rods is not an option. Adjustable from 28 inches to 48 inches, the 5/8 inch diameter silver metal rod is perfect for hanging light to medium weight curtains or sheers. The non-slip, non-scratch rubber ends hold the rod in place while protecting the mounting surface from marks and scuffs. It is ideal for use in dorms, apartments, or any room where a simple solution is needed.To install, extend the rod to a length 1/2” to 4” longer than the extension to be covered. Compress the rod to position in the opening, and release to secure. Use shorter extension for smaller openings and greater extension (up to 4” greater than the space to be covered) for longer openings.
