Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A Purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Hawaii who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of City Mill, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
● In-Store Entry: Visit any participating City Mill store location during the Sweepstakes Period.
● Complete an official entry via QR code with your full name, phone number, and email address.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, September 20 and ends on Tuesday, October 7 at 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM HST.
5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS:
● Limit one entry per person, per email address, per household, regardless of the method of entry.
● Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or any other method to circumvent the entry limitations will void all such entries by that individual.
6. PRIZE:
● One (1) Grand Prize: Milwaukee M18 BLUETOOTH JOBSITE RADIO & M18 18-VOLT 2.0AH LITHIUM-ION BATTERY MODEL# 2952-20
● Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $287
7. PRIZE DRAWING:
● The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
● The drawing will be conducted on or about 9:45 AM, 10:30AM, 11:15AM, 12:00PM by radio host.
● The winner will be notified via email by Friday, September 10. Winners will have until Friday, September 17 to claim their prize. If unclaimed, a new winner will be selected..
8. PRIZE CONDITIONS:
● The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 7 days of notification.
● Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
● Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash or other substitutions will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of City Mill.
● City Mill is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or undeliverable entries.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
● By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of City Mill, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
● City Mill reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, any technical difficulties, fraud, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.
● City Mill reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
● City Mill is not responsible for any printing errors in these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes materials.
10. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:
● By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless City Mill, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. GOVERNING LAW:
● All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and City Mill in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Hawaii, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Hawaii or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
